TCM / WAMITAB COVER
If you operate a permitted waste activity you must have appropriately qualified managers who are members of a government approved technical competence scheme. There are two schemes the Environment Agency will accept:
CIWM and WAMITAB
EU Skills and the Environmental Services Association (ESA)
In order to apply for and keep an Environmental Permit you must demonstrate technical competence to carry out your operations. Having a Technically Competent Manager (TCM) forms part of this competence.
Hart's Waste Consultancy can offer you temporary or on going TCM cover for your site. Contact one of our WAMITAB Holders to discuss cover for your site : 01158 242 911
